Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using the Tuck app or visiting tuck.fyi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. The service
Tuck is a personal save-it-later application for iOS, iPadOS and macOS. It stores your content locally and in your personal iCloud. Ahead of the public release features may change, and paid tiers may be introduced at launch.
3. Your content
Everything you save in Tuck remains yours. Because your content is stored on your devices and in your iCloud, you are responsible for maintaining your device backups and your Apple ID. We never gain ownership of, or access to, your content.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Tuck only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Apple’s App Store terms. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app.
5. Purchases
In-app purchases are billed by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms. Subscription management and refunds are handled through your Apple account.
6. Disclaimer
Tuck is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss or indirect damages arising from use of the app. Please keep device and iCloud backups enabled.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
